The Club’s exciting 5 year draft Development Plan will be presented this Monday 9th June 2014 at 8.15pm in Plumbridge Hall with an opportunity to input to the final plan. The Seniors and Reserves have two away fixtures v Castlederg on Thursday night at 6.45pm and 8.15pm. The U14 team play Kildress in the Semi Final of the Championship on Thursday 5th June in St Pat’s Park Omagh at 7.30pm. They also play Kildress in the Semi final of the league on Wednesday 11th June. Details provided when available. The U14 will also be competing in the Ulster Feile on Saturday 28th June. Further details later. The U12 team begin their league campaign on Tuesday against Castlederg. On Monday 9th June they have their first home fixture against Urney at 7pm. All players to be at the pitch no later than 6.45pm. U12 Training continues on Thursday evening at 6.30pm. Due to the unavailability of coaches as a result of both the Senior Men’s and Ladies games on Thursday, underage training for this week (Thurs) is restricted to the U 10s and U 12s boys and girls commencing at 6.30pm. The U10s had a very enjoyable blitz last Saturday hosted by Drumquin; many thanks to Drumquin for their hospitality. Festival Ticket Money returns every Tuesday night at 7.30pm. It is expected that each member should have 50% of tickets sold at this stage with final returns by Sunday 29th June. Please see our new Facebook page for further details. If anyone is having difficulties, please contact a Committee Member as soon as possible. A meeting for festival volunteers is coming up soon. Please think about how you can help over the festival and what you would like to do. Senior players are asked to help with the Golf this year please see a member of the entertainment committee. The Irish dancing has been moved to St. Peter’s P.S. due to the festival launch on Friday night. The First Aid/Defribilator Course is scheduled for Saturday 14th June in Plumbridge Hall. Please contact Club Secretary as soon as possible. Could all managers please forward a teamlist/teamsheet to Seamus Mc Bride by Sunday 8th June as it is necessary to cross-reference with Club Registration. There will be a Grounds Clean-Up on Saturday 28th June 10.00 – 1.00. Can all Team Managers fill in their match fixtures on the bulletin board to allow grounds staff time to have pitch prepared. The Festival Launch takes place this Friday night at 8.00PM in Plumbridge Hall. All Club Members are most welcome to attend. A meeting for festival volunteers coming up soon.
