If this is not possible a Match timetable has been placed in the Clubrooms and we would ask that each manager fill in the necessary details immediately. It will also be the Managers’ responsibility to inform John Conway directly. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required in order to prepare the pitch. We would also request that Changing rooms are left in a neat and tidy condition after each use.
